Exercise: walked around neighborhood, clean apartment

Breakfast:

Lunch: leftover fettuccine bolognese ~500

Dinner: quarter portion chicken tikka ~150
Half portion of lentil curry ~160
Half portion of white rice ~100

Approx Calories: ~800? Definitely missing something.

Goals for tomorrow: Fruits and veggies!
